Questions about Galaxy Ride Vehicle Classes
Can I request an Escalade or an EQS?
Tell Galaxy Ride your preference. A specific model or an equivalent in the selected class depends on availability and the confirmed reservation.
How many passengers and bags fit?
Confirm capacity for the actual reservation. Tell us about all passengers and luggage, including oversized items, rather than relying on seat count alone.
What if one vehicle is not enough?
Send the party size, luggage, flight details, and destination plan in a custom request so a multiple-vehicle arrangement can be reviewed.
